Deep fried Mozzarella Carrozza

In the video demonstration she is telling us not to use white bread, but to me it looks almost white.. a bit yellow. So is it cornbread? Dunno? And I think it's better not to use really fresh bread, but a day old or so.

Important to me is to use the very best quality mozzarella, the buffalo version. As I am writing this, it reminds me I have to go to Little Italy in Rotterdam, it's been a while since my last time. Great for Italian stuff.
