Just had to place this recipe on the blog. Firstly, I love gamba´s and furthermore, this looks special and quite new to me. The batter with yeast. And also the use of chestnut honey. Never knew it existed, hahaha (so, just to remind myself to buy it.. here is the link where to buy it),

Eggplant Parmesan

Ook weer een leuk en makkelijk recept van dit Italiaans koppel. Net als Laura Vitale heeft hij ook zijn persoonlijke slogan. This is the way I cook and I dont care about anything else. Haha... Gelijk heeft hij. Ik hou van de simpele smakelijke recepten. Het gaat om de verse (goede kwaliteit) ingredienten. Het valt me wel op dat die Italiaanse tomaten er altijd veel beter uitzien. Hmm... lekker. Moet weer eens naar Little Italy in Rotterdam (hopelijk zitten ze er nog (achter de Meent), want ik ben al lang niet geweest). Ook Debby Koudenburg heeft een hier een goed recept van.
