Hawaiian Garlic Shrimp

1 pound large shrimp or prawns
1 cup all purpouse flour
2 tablespoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoon table salt
1/2 teaspoon white sugar
1 and 1/2 sticks of butter
1 head of minced fresh garlic or 12 cloves of fresh garlic
1/4 cup Mirin (secret ingredient)
Lemon wedges for serving

The way to cook is slow on medium heat, then up to medium high. The mirin thickens up almost immediately for a wonderful sauce that sticks to the shrimp.
